I am off-key and off-beat
Let us waltz like dactylic meter
Your words play my strings
Speak like a harp
Let’s kiss loud like violins coming in
My crescendo
You are my resolution
just havin some fun.
my laptop is still effed so i used my ipod to record thisbeat: MF DOOM’s “Trap Door,” produced by Jake One
give it to ya raw, no mixin it or edited
just straight outta the jaw, you can hear my speech impediments
im not a veteran or anything like that but
i play the game like an eligible bachelor
ask her, way i dominate she call me master
always let me in, i got her legs spread like a cancer
acting like a hostess, i dont forget to thank her
but when i think shes done with me, she tells me to go faster
switch on the Ferrari mode, do her like a freak in a carni show
heartburn like a cardio, im turning up the heat like an arson pro
whats with the scenario, i got no shame but a heart of gold,
go harder than a big martyr goes, here i come, but i start to slow
its like that. need an ice pack
i need to cool it down, bring the nice back
i keep it classy, keep it smart, im as wise as
a man making profits with a capitalist hi hat
rhythm with a business flow, listen to me spittin gold
think it’s serious and cold, but it really isnt tho
got the Ritalin ignored, shits and giggles fillin floors,

Dance
Go ahead
Dance a little bit
Dance like
Everyone’s watching now
And you’ve held bedroom rehearsals
In your underwear
Your whole life
Hey :)
After practicing and editing for a bit, I came up with this, something to balance me talking to you and appropriate for the event page. Ha!
Speak is a chance for the students to showcase talents that go beyond the classroom. It is run by students, for students. Everyone has a “voice” to offer to the school and the world, whether through words, music, dance, theatre, sign language, or any other means of expression you can think of. It was inspired by “jam sessions” friends would have in basements, garages, and bedrooms. Here, it was extra-curricular show and tell: fun, talent-filled, and interactive. Amazingness that no one really knew existed was drawn out of every one. We intended it to become a school-wide jam session. It did, and as long as there are students, will continue to be.
Hope that helps! I`ll be there :D
